Privacy, Terms & Contact
Emporium collects information provided by members when creating and using an account, including account details, contact information, staking and payment activity, crypto wallet and network details submitted for Crypto Cashout, in-app messages sent through Community Chat, game activity and stake history from Checkers, and information required to operate the platform.
Information is used to operate Emporium, process stakes and payouts, process Crypto Cashout requests, process P2P Emp transfers, calculate and credit referral earnings, provide support, communicate important updates, maintain records and help protect the platform from fraud or abuse.
Members are responsible for protecting their usernames, passwords and other account credentials. Emporium is not liable for losses that result from a member sharing their login details with another person.
Information relating to staking requests, payment proofs, Crypto Cashout orders, P2P Emp transfers, Checkers wagers and results, and other platform activity may be retained to process transactions, maintain records and resolve disputes.
Messages sent through Community Chat are stored to deliver them to the intended recipient and are visible only to the sender and recipient. Members should not share sensitive personal or financial information in chat messages.
Emporium takes reasonable steps to protect member information and restrict unauthorized access.
Emporium is a platform offering staking, crypto-to-fiat cashout, staked Checkers matches, peer-to-peer Emp transfers, and airtime, data and bill payments. Emporium is not a bank, investment company, financial institution, investment fund or licensed investment scheme.
Staking on Emporium must not be interpreted as purchasing a regulated investment product or as a guaranteed return of any kind. The stated return is a feature of how the platform currently operates and may be changed, delayed or withdrawn. Members stake funds at their own discretion and should only stake what they are comfortable committing.
Emp is an internal unit of account used within Emporium for staking, Checkers wagers and P2P transfers. Emp is not a cryptocurrency, is not traded on any external exchange and has no value outside the Emporium platform.
Where staking requires a payment, the member is responsible for making the required payment accurately and declaring it as paid. Payment evidence must be genuine and must relate to the correct staking request. Emporium's team reviews declared payments before a stake is confirmed and begins earning.
Members using Crypto Cashout are responsible for sending USDT on the correct network (ERC-20 or BEP-20) and for the accuracy of the information they submit. Emporium is not responsible for funds lost due to a member selecting the wrong network or submitting incorrect details.
Staked Checkers matches are played for real Emp balance at the stake amount a member selects. A service fee is deducted from the total pot before the winner is paid. Matches that end by timeout are settled in favor of the player who was not on the clock when time expired. Emporium may settle a match automatically, including through an automated timeout process, where a match is left unresolved.
Members may transfer Emp directly to another member's account. A transfer fee applies and is shown to the sender before the transfer is confirmed. Transfers cannot be reversed once completed, so members should confirm the recipient's username before sending.
A member who refers another member to Emporium may earn a percentage of the referred member's approved stakes, credited to the referring member's Spendable Balance. Referral earnings may be adjusted, paused or withdrawn by Emporium at its discretion.
Members must not submit false payment evidence, manipulate stakes or matches, use bots or external assistance to gain an unfair advantage in Checkers, defraud or deceive another member, harass or abuse other members through Community Chat, use the platform for unlawful activities, or operate multiple accounts to manipulate referrals, staking or wagering.
Emporium provides the technology that powers staking, Crypto Cashout, Checkers wagering, P2P transfers and related services. Emporium processes these activities according to its own procedures and is not acting as a broker or agent for any external party.
Members are expected to communicate respectfully and provide accurate information when a transaction, stake, match or transfer is disputed. Emporium may review available records, payment information, submitted proofs, match history and other relevant information when addressing platform-related disputes.
Emporium may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, manipulation, false information, violation of these terms or activity that threatens the integrity of the platform or other members.
Emporium may update its features, procedures, fees, rates, policies and terms when necessary. Members are responsible for reviewing important updates.
By creating and using an Emporium account, a member confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
